Tax Grievances
GLR can help the owner try to reduce property taxes for 50% of the first year’s savings. We will do an analysis to see how the subject property is assessed per square foot versus other recently sold properties in the same segment (similar properties). If the property is overassessed, GLR will work on the owner’s behalf to seek the tax reductions owners are entitled to. This work is on a contingency basis, if GLR is not successful in reducing the taxes, there is no charge and no risk.
