1. Grand Lux Realty’s basis for establishing commission rates was not based on any other company’s commission rates. On the contrary, we are trying to be slightly cheaper than our competitor’s commission rates. Additionally we offer customers the opportunity to “build your own” commission program off of our a-la-carte menu of options.
2. Grand Lux Realty has excellent relationships with our competitors. Our licensees should be friendly & cooperative when working with salespersons at other brokerage companies. Additionally, our licensees should never discuss the commissions that we charge with salespersons at other brokerage companies.
3. Grand Lux Realty’s licensees should not talk about any protected categories of persons when soliciting a listing agreement from a seller or a landlord.
4. Grand Lux Realty offers unique commission split structures for our agents in an effort to reward certain behaviors by incentivizing our agents to perform certain activities. The incentive list is on our website.
5. Grand Lux Realty’s licensees are not permitted to group boycott other broker’s listings.
6. Grand Lux Realty strives to have excellent relationships between our broker & our salespeople. If there are ever any issues that GLR’s broker should adjust or help our licensees with, please bring them to management’s attention immediately.
