Nothing Up Front Program

Our "Nothing Up Front" program offers our customers another option: Pay nothing up front and a commission of 3.5% at a successful closing. 2% will be offered to the procuring broker and GLR will earn 1.5% as listing broker. The seller can find their own buyer and save 2.5%, Grand Lux Realty will earn only 1% in this case. All additional service are available as per our pricing schedule shown on this website.
