Grand Lux Realty offers the following rental commission options for landlords:

1. 8.3% (the equivalent of 1 month's rent), payable at successful lease signing, with 4.15% to the tenant's agent & 4.15% to GLR.  This method helps to motivate the tenant's agent to push the lease term longer.

2. 1 month's rent: half a month to the tenant's agent & half a month to GLR (pro-rated if the term is more or less than 12 months).

3. 75% of 1 month's rent with 25% payable up front as a listing fee.
