Grand Lux Realty Price Structure

Plan A Commission Fee (4.95% of selling price).

Plan B Commission Fee (3.5% of selling price).

Plan C Commission Fee (2.5% of selling price + $495 to be paid at signing of Listing Agreement).

All 3 Plans include:

*Listing property on MLS.

*Internet exposure.

*For Sale sign.

Plan A is a conventional service plan.  It includes all options available to the other plans with no additional charge.  A "Short Sale" necessitates choosing this plan but the commission is changed to 6%.

Plan B & C can be supplemented by choosing any of the following additional services:

*Print advertising: Cost of advertising + 0.25% of the cost of the ad.

*Arranging showings & providing feedback to owner: $495 or 0.25% of selling price.

*Negotiating for owner: $495 or 0.25% of selling price.

*Professional photos: $249 or 0.15% of selling price.

*Lockbox: $99 or 0.1% of selling price (Plans B&C reimburses $20 when the lockbox is returned).

*Video & narrative of home: $495 or 0.25% of selling price.

*Staging advice & contractor contacts: $495 or 0.25% of selling price.

*Broker Open House: $99 or 0.1% of selling price.

*Public Open House (hosted by owner): $99 or 0.1% of selling price.

*Accompany inspection & buyer final walk-through: $495 or 0.25% of selling price.
