Option #1: Our “Full Service” Program: 4.95% with no listing fee.

 

This option includes all the services that are traditionally included in a full-service listing:

*Broker and public open houses.

*Setting up showings, provide a lockbox, & email feedback.

*Negotiating.

*Handling the sale from accepted offer through closing.

*Providing marketing materials: signs, flyers, open house signs, etc.

Option #2: Our “Nothing Up Front” Program: 3.50% with no listing fee.

Option #3: Our “Classic” Program: 2.50% (plus a $495 listing fee).
